Simone James

Senior Attorney

Simone James is a senior attorney at Cuddy Law Firm in the Westchester office. Prior to joining the firm, Simone gained valuable advocacy and litigation experience helping under-served populations in both criminal and civil practices. Before entering law school, Simone had an interest in becoming a special education teacher but decided to pursue a career in special education law representing families in special education litigation matters.

Simone received her Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law and received her Bachelor of Science degree from John Jay College with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in law.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
