Jesse Sigismonti is an attorney in the firm’s Westchester office who focuses his practice on special education advocacy and litigation. Jesse is a graduate of Adelphi University (B.S. in Criminal Justice and Sociology) and the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (J.D.). At Adelphi University, Jesse became a member of the Alpha Kappa Delta International Sociology Honor Society and was also awarded the 2014 William Spinrad Award for Library Research. While at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, Jesse was a member of numerous law society groups focusing on Criminal Justice; Corporate Law; Encryption & Cyber Law; and Sports, Entertainment & Arts Law.
Jesse continues to have a strong passion to make sure that every child with special needs gets the education services they need and deserve while helping and representing families throughout the litigation process.
Outside the practice of law, Jesse is an avid sports fan (Mets, Jets and Islanders) and enjoys going to country concerts during his free time.
