NEW BEGINNINGS!!

I am excited to join The Cuddy Law Firm as the Managing Partner of a new Westchester office. The team is eager to be able to serve an ever-growing metropolitan population and provide families of loved ones with special needs guidance in the areas of special education AND special needs planning. This holistic model is a vision both Andy and I have had for a very long time. We are also excited that Margaret Vogt, an experienced special education paralegal, has joined the Westchester team. Margaret has assisted many families in navigating the special education system, reviewing IEP’s, attending CSE meetings and assisting attorneys prepare for due process hearings. Our new office located in downtown White Plains is easily accessible by train and other means of public transportation. This weekend, while moving into our new space, I thought about the team that Andy and I lead and how excited everyone is at the prospect of expanding our practice. Our goal is to assist families of loved ones with disabilities by providing personalized, knowledgeable guidance. We hope to keep you updated on how things are going in our Westchester office and we also want to hear from you!
