Erin Kelley is an attorney in the Cuddy Law Firm’s Westchester office. Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and with a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
While in law school, Erin focused her attention on the issues of disability rights, education rights, and the rights of children generally. She externed at the Children’s Law Center of California, the Lanterman Special Education Law Clinic, Disability Rights Advocates, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Erin also served as a Senior Production Editor on the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice (“RLSJ”). RLSJ published her Student Note titled, “’Certain Minimum Requirements’: An Unaccompanied Minor Child’s Right to Education in Federal Immigration Facilities.”
