Philip B. Abramowitz is of counsel to the Auburn office. He is a graduate of Columbia University (B.A., 1969) and Syracuse University School of Law (J.D., 1969), where he won the Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining the Firm, he was employed as an Assistant United States Attorney, as a litigator in private practice and as a clinical instructor at SUNY Buffalo Law School. He has over 100 reported cases, has taken more than forty trial cases to verdict and has argued appeals in federal circuit courts, in the New York State Court of Appeals and in all four judicial departments of New York State. Phil is a licensed patent attorney. He resides with his wife in Williamsville.
