Joseph Sulpizio

Senior Attorney

Joseph Sulpizio is a senior attorney in our Philadelphia, PA and Westchester, NY offices. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law.

Joseph represented low-income elderly clients, including those with special needs, while serving as a Student Attorney in the College of Law’s Elder Law Clinic, gaining valuable advocacy and litigation experience. He was awarded the Onondaga County Bar Association Award for his clinic work.

Before joining the Cuddy Law Firm, Joseph served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Margherita Patti-Worthington, President Judge of the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas (PA), where he conducted legal research on various substantive and procedural issues and drafted opinions, orders and legal memoranda for the court.

Joseph also interned for the Hon. Craig A. Dally of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas (PA) and a New Jersey-based global drug capsule manufacturing company in its General Counsel and Legal Compliance departments.

While at Syracuse, Joseph served as Associate Managing Editor for The Digest – Law Journal of the National Italian American Bar Association, Vice President of the St. Thomas More Legal Society and Assistant Coach of the Syracuse University Ski Team.

Joseph graduated from DeSales University with a B.A. in Law & Society and a minor in Criminal Justice. He was Legal Research Assistant to the pre-law advisor, President of the Ski & Snowboard Team and a member of DeSales’ NCAA tennis team.

Joseph is a member of the Variety Club’s Young Variety Board. Young Variety is comprised of individuals under the age of 40 who are interested in helping a great cause and getting some experience with the nonprofit world. Young Variety members often serve on various committees and advise Variety’s Board of Directors on an array of issues.

In his free time, Joseph enjoys running and skiing.
